LXA Hospitality offered market research and concept development consultancy services for this site to improve the hotel's F&B, which involved an extensive research trip to Cairo, visiting over 75 restaurants, bars, cafés and food markets to benchmark the hotel against a rapidly changing market, within one of the fastest growing countries on earth.
